Cactus desert palette
In the past few months I have been working on a few illustrations inspired by the beautiful flora and fauna of the warm, cactus desert. It is a desert without camels or endless sand dunes, but one that is surprisingly abundant in amazing plants, insects and animals.
Using watercolors and gouache paints, the illustrations are unabashedly colorful with predominating tones of pink, yellow and green. I am excited to show you what this is about, once this project will be available in the shop in August. Can you guess what it is?
