Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once on the way, domestic deliveries usually take 2–7 days, depending on the shipping method you choose. 

Please keep in mind that during the holiday season, carriers sometimes experience delays—but your order will always be worth the wait!

Yes, international shipping options are provided at checkout. For International shipments, shipping costs depend on where you live and the method chosen at checkout. 

International transit time may take up to 21 days, depending on your own country's postal system. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

We ship our orders via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL, and most orders include tracking so you can follow along. For single-card orders, we often send them the classic way—with a USPS stamp—just like a handwritten letter. (These don’t include tracking, but they’re just as delightful to receive!)

We hope that you love your order, but we understand that sometimes people change their minds. Any unused and unopened products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, final sale items, and discontinued sale items are non-refundable and may not be exchanged.

We can edit your order and exchange products if the order did not ship yet. Once your order has shipped, exchanges are not an option anymore. In this situation we would be able to proceed with a return and you would need to place a new order for the new items.

We put a lot of care in packaging your order to make sure it reaches you in pristine condition, but If your package arrives damaged, please email us at hello@botanicapaper.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide a picture of the item and packaging showing the damage.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.

2. Reach out to your local post office or UPS facility.

3. Contact us at hello@botanicapaper.com and include your order number.

Please report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date. 

Please note that we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
