My artistic journey began when I was just a child. I had an innate love for various forms of art and design. I loved creating with anything I could get my hands on, which led to exploring different mediums and techniques that would spark my creativity. I collected greeting cards from family members that lived in other parts of the world, and I used to hand-paint cards for friends and family on special events. I continue to hold that passion in me today, and I love applying various analog and digital techniques to whatever inspires my work.

Since 2010, my work has organically evolved, leading to collaborations with prestigious companies and culminating in the creation of my own stationery line. I find inspiration in the boundless beauty of nature—botanicals, fauna, nostalgia, and the timeless folk motifs of my Romanian roots.

In January of 2023 I officially rebranded my stationery line as Botanica Paper Co. Derived from the Romanian term for botanical garden, "Gradina Botanica," Botanica embodies the essence of natural beauty and wonder. Botanical gardens have always held a special place in my heart, inspiring awe and fascination with their lush landscapes and diverse flora. In naming my company Botanica, I aim to capture the essence of these enchanting spaces, translating their beauty onto the pages of my stationery. I strive to infuse every design with the same sense of wonder and joy that I experience amidst the blooms and greenery of a botanical garden.

My hope is that our paper goods become small works of art for you to enjoy, treasure, and share with others.
